In 1983, Caprock BFC was officially incorporated as a Certified Development Corporation to serve the South Plains and Permian Basin. Our primary focus area remains the South Plains, Permian Basin and Big Country, but we are available to meet with lenders and borrowers throughout Texas. Caprock BFC is local and focused on making the SBA 504 loan process easy on our lenders and our small business borrowers. We are available to meet with lenders, borrowers, and others who are potentially interested in utilizing the SBA 504 loan program to meet their small business financing needs. We offer multiple loan programs, aside from the SBA 504 program. Our loans typically have lower down payment requirements, while offering small businesses the long-term financing and fixed interest rates they are looking for.
