Our Import Policies
For Non-Direct Importers: We import ingredients on behalf of customers who are unable to do so directly. Our warehouse ensures a local stock is available to meet their demands, providing efficient distribution and delivery.
For Direct Importers: We introduce products and services to customers, conduct trials at their facilities, and assist in securing approval. Once satisfied, they can purchase directly from our global sources, while we earn a commission for our services.
