CarePatrol of the Fox Cities & Green Bay

We help families find safe and appropriate assisted living, memory care, home care, nursing care, skilled care, & senior independent living. We review the care and state survey data for every community in the area. We tour with and advocate for the senior to find the best community for them. We are a no cost service to families, because local care providers pay our fees. Our service area includes all of Outagamie, Winnebago, and Brown Counties, as well as parts of Calumet, Waupaca, and Fond Du Lac Counties and beyond.
