Our mission is to provide parishes and dioceses with valuable resources that bridge the realms of Catholic Faith and Mental Health, enabling them to establish and nurture mental health ministries.
Our content, tools, and resources result from a collaborative effort involving Church Leaders, Psychologists, and Individuals with lived experience or who have a close family member/relative dealing with mental health challenges.
