Center for Hospice Care provides unique support for each patient and their family. Unlike franchised one-size-fits-all models where care is dictated from out-of-state, we've grown from this community, for this community. We've spent over 40 years as part of northern Indiana's fabric, learning what families here of all backgrounds and beliefs truly need. We celebrate lives well-lived, knowing that people are not cases to be managed by neighbors to be serviced, supported by those who consider it a privilege to walk beside them.

Established in 1978, Center for Hospice Care is an independent, community based, not-for-profit organization, improving the quality of living through hospice, home health, grief counseling and community education. With offices in South Bend, Plymouth, Elkhart and Mishawaka, Center for Hospice Care serves Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, LaGrange, LaPorte, Marshall, St. Joseph and Starke counties in Indiana.
