About Center for Strategy and Development
Center for Strategy and Development (CSD) is an independent regional organization headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia, which strives to support compliance and non-proliferation, security, and sustainable development, including but not limited to the South Caucasus, the Wider Black Sea area, and Central Asia. CSD provides research, policy analysis, consultancy, and capacity building.
Formerly known as the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD), CSD has implemented over 40 initiatives across key sectors such as development, institutional strengthening, security, and policy reform. Our values are based on the principles of equality, freedom, respect, accountability, and transparency.
CSD has successfully supported stakeholders, including enterprises and civil society in developing countries across a wide range of sectors. The Center brings together local and international experts to provide evidence-based insights, identify key gaps, and offer sector-specific skills and expertise.
