Center On Aging and Health

Center on Aging and Health rests in "the Valley Beautiful," a Northeast Tennessee mountain community located in the foothills of the Appalachians. We provide therapy services, adult day care, skilled nursing, Alzheimer's care, long term care and in-home care to the people of Eastern Tennessee and beyond.
