CCHSRM’S original name was the San Joaquin Valley Personnel Association Chapter of the American Society for Personnel Administration. The organization’s name changed on September 01, 1989 to Human Resource Association of Central California and again in 2017 to Central California Society for Human Recourse Management.

Through the efforts of committed members, be recognized as the leading human resource management organization in the Central Valley by: Providing high value, high quality, dynamic, and responsive programs and service to our members.
