MODEMAT Research Center in Mathematical Modeling and Optimization is Ecuador’s pioneering research center dedicated to advancing applied mathematics, optimization, and data-driven scientific innovation. Founded in 2013, MODEMAT fosters interdisciplinary research, education, and collaboration to address complex scientific and technological challenges both locally and globally. With a team of internationally trained researchers, the center promotes rigorous scientific inquiry, international partnerships, and the development of graduate programs in Applied Mathematics.
