Center for Technology and Society (CTS-FGV)

Established in 2003, the Center for Technology and Society of FGV Rio's Law School has the institutional mission of studying the legal, social and cultural implications resulting from the advancement of information and communication technologies. Its activities are developed with a focus on academic research and scientific dissemination that may impact the development of public policies that uphold democracy, fundamental rights and the preservation of public interest in technological progress
