UQTR-ENPQ Research Chair in Prevention of Psychological Health at Work in Public Safety

The UQTR-ENPQ Research Chair in Prevention of Psychological Health at Work in Public Safety brings together experienced researchers and committed students, working in collaboration with field actors (government, organisations, unions, clinicians, etc.). By conducting structured research focused on concrete issues, the Chair aims to produce evidence to support the training, the decision-making and the deployment of innovative and effective preventive management practices adapted to the public safety environment. Our initiative is based on a desire to act on current concerns common to public safety personnel, by serving as a lever for mobilising cutting-edge knowledge while connecting research to citizens.
