About Chance for Children Foundation
For over 25 years, Chance for Children (CFC) has empowered street-connected children and their families in Ghana—helping them build safer, healthier, and more hopeful futures.
We take an integrated, child-centered approach that meets each child’s unique needs—focusing on health, education, emotional and social development, vocational training, life skills, and, when appropriate, family reintegration.
Our work is grounded in the psychological stages of child development, ensuring every intervention is tailored and meaningful.
In 2025, CFC aims to reach over 4,500 children across eight locations—Accra, Kasoa, Tema, Hebron, Dambai, Takoradi, Tamale, and Kumasi—through a wide range of services including Prevention, Street Work, Residential Care, Family & Community Strengthening, TVET programs, Resource Centres, and our new Skills Development Centre.
Throughout our journey, our mission has remained the same: to support every child with dignity, compassion, and opportunity. The journey continues—and we invite you to be part of it.
