Change Associates is an Organisational Change consultancy.

Established in 2010, we're based in the UK with a global reach. We deliver global projects through an international network of experienced consultants.

Change Associates helps clients grow their people and their businesses through an integrated approach to change.

We deliver tangible improvements to technology, processes, operating models and organisation structures by applying our expertise in people, leadership, culture, and behavioural change.
