Choice Associates came out of the mantra that each and every one of us does have a choice in how we live, the code we live by and what we can contribute each day to society
Our story began in the days when recruitment databases were metal filing cabinets and a landline telephone. Whilst technology has fast tracked the recruitment process the team at Choice value the simple act of a conversation.
These conversations underpin every part of recruitment and to us define our value. Yes the world has become busier but allowing time to talk and understand the narrative behind each of our candidates and clients, makes us better recruiters.
