At Choices NZ, we support people with disabilities and health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
As part of the IHC Group, we bring decades of experience in disability advocacy, person-led support and community connection.
Our work is grounded in flexibility and partnership. We provide a range of services tailored to the needs and goals of each person we work with. These include life coaching, employment support, transition services for school leavers, mentoring, social and recreational opportunities and intensive support services.
We operate across Aotearoa, with a focus on building strong relationships in local communities. Our team of skilled facilitators, coaches and clinical professionals work alongside people to explore what matters most to them, and support them to take steps toward greater independence, wellbeing and inclusion.
Everything we do is shaped by our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and to recognising MÄori as tangata whenua. We value equity, inclusion and respect in every interaction.
