About Ciarb Pakistan Branch
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) brings alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to Pakistan. This is an alternate method of legal practice aimed at settling legal disputes out of court.
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is a not-for-profit, UK registered charity working in the public interest through an international network of more than 40 branches.
We have a global membership of 18,000 individuals worldwide. We exist for the global promotion, facilitation and development of all forms of ADR to maximise the contribution that dispute resolution practitioners make in keeping disputes out of the court system.
