cicCartuja - Scientific Research Centre

cicCartuja is a non-profit research centre funded by the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), the Regional Government of Andalusia (JA), and the University of Seville (US). cicCartuja is a public, non-profit research centre founded in 1996 whose mission is to improve citizens’ quality of life through the technical and scientific research conducted at its three institutes, fostering transfer of knowledge and public engagement with science. The organisation is comprised of three joint CSIC-US research institutes: Institute of Chemical Research (IIQ) Institute of Plant Biochemistry and Photosynthesis (IBVF) Institute of Material Science of Seville (ICMS).
