C4C Ltd has been developed by Linda Butler and Emma Ford to enable us to work in an area we are excited about: people, their potential and their futures.
We are personal and career development specialists supporting individuals, schools, universities, business schools and organisations through one to one coaching, workshops, webinars and resources.
Our work covers the following:
* Coaching and coaching panels, we have a fabulous associate network of expert coaches.
* EMCC accredited coaching courses - Foundation Skills and Practitioner Levels.
* Career support (aspiration, planning, transition, values, self awareness, CVs, interviews, assessment centres, networking)
* Development (leadership, confidence, skills development (team working etc.), staff development and progression)
* Self-Assessment tools - MBTI®, BeTalent (resilience, teams, 360, values, leadership) Strengths Deployment Inventory, Strength Profile and Belbin.
We work in partnership with our customers building long term relationships and ensuring we do all we can to deliver an outstanding service. We take the time to listen to what you need and then develop a proposal that is specific to you or your organisation.
We are supported by Julie who manages our administration and our expert and qualified Associates.
