About College of Electrical Training (RTO 2394)

CET is Western Australia’s largest provider of electrical training offering courses at pre-apprentice, apprenticeship and post trade levels.

Delivering to over 6,500 students annually across two campuses (Jandakot and Joondalup), and a regional Trade Training Centre (Bunbury), CET ensures all electrical training solutions are catered for including a range of pre-apprenticeship and school-based apprenticeship programs for year 11 and 12 students.

CET delivers advanced post-trade training for electrical fitters, electricians, and contractors designed to up-skill the workforce across all areas of the electrical and telecommunications industry.

CET has a flexible mix of face-to-face training, open learning and blended learning, and for certain courses, students can choose a suitable delivery method whilst easily switching or combining learning modes. This progressive approach ensures the electrical industry has a constantly growing pool of trained and qualified tradespeople.

Our high commitment to safety has been recognized by Worksafe WA and CET have been awarded their Platinum Award in August 2017 for a second consecutive time.

The Platinum Award is presented to those organisations that achieve only the highest standards in Health and Safety.
