Luxembourg Competition Authority

The Competition Authority of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is an independent public institution with legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy. In accordance with its organic law, it covers three main areas of competence: competition law, the regulation of digital markets and unfair commercial practices in the agri-food supply chain. In addition, it defends the collective interests of businesses and protects whistleblowers in all the above-mentioned areas.
