Connectedly

Connectedly (formerly SOWN) strengthens community support networks, reduces social isolation, and improves the well-being of older adults, especially women. Connectedly is a pioneer in providing cutting edge supportive services, dedicated to older adults as they age. Annually, Connectedly serves approximately 500 older adults and their families in the greater Philadelphia area.
