CONNECTIVE INTERVENTION SERVICES, LLC

Connective Intervention Services, LLC has been providing early intervention and related school services since 2005. We have a multidisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Teachers enhancing the lives of children in our community through a coaching model to optimize your child’s abilities at home, school, and within community settings. Our skilled staff can provide a multitude of services based on your child’s age: Birth to 3 years old: Can be served through Early Intervention, which is a government funded program and FREE for children who qualify. An evaluation is completed by the county and eligibility for services is determined.
