Counseling Amsterdam is a psychology and coaching practice that works with both brain and body.

The brain is trained by providing the right information, enabling behavioral change. The body, as a source of this information, is activated during exercise sessions.
With newly acquired skills, we shape behavior and the brain in a healthy way, stimulating personal development with guaranteed results.
