A new on-request service that allows families to send an off-duty police, fire, or EMS professional to check on the safety and well-being of a loved one.
HOW IT WORKS?
Members simply schedule a KONVOY Check through their coveredbykonvoy.com dashboard.
Once the Specialist completes the KONVOY Check, the requester is notified by email with a quick assessment and a video of the interaction.

For peace of mind. KONVOY was co-founded by 2 individuals who experienced the acute anxiety of an unanswered phone call.
Whether it's an elder or otherwise vulnerable loved one at home alone, KONVOY offers the privacy, transparency, and assurance of a trusted professional interaction with a follow-up right to your phone.

Our current service area covers all of Westchester County, NY.
KONVOY Checks are available from 7 AM to 7 PM, 365 days/year.
