College of People Management and Development

CPMD is a privately owned, Proprietary Limited Company, offering education and training services to both the private and public sectors. We offer courses in property, finance, marketing, management, borrower education, soft skills and computers.

Graeme Jay, a well-known educator, lecturer, and academic, heads our dynamic company. The college is run from its head office in Norwood, Johannesburg with an additional office in the Durban area, KwaZulu Natal.

We utilize a complement of regular and independent lecturers to provide expertise in key training fields. Our mission is to provide and equip all finance and property professionals with up-to-date and hands-on knowledge. In addition, we are dedicated to providing management and soft skills that can be applied in the workplace.
