CSC Station grew out of our deep commitment to our hometown of Wilmington, and our interest in creating workspace solutions to help businesses grow and thrive in Delaware.
We converted the old PA Railroad Building at 112 S. French Street into a first-class coworking space and innovation hub to attract entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses. We are extending our brand into the city, and providing convenience to our customers, employees, and local businesses located next door to the train station and nearby downtown attractions.
