CSPM is a veteran-owned Programme and Project Management consultancy, delivering trusted expertise across the built environment.
We specialise in supporting clients with complex infrastructure projects within the defence, local government, and nuclear sectors - where clarity, discipline, and leadership are essential.
Founded and run by a former members of the Armed Forces, we bring the values of service - integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose into every project we manage. We’re also passionate about helping others make the transition from military to civilian life. Through our partnerships with BuildForce and the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), we support veterans as they move into new careers. Whether it’s through mentoring, training, or employment opportunities, we help service leavers turn their skills into long-term success in construction project and programme management.
