CST Engineering, Inc. (CST), founded in 2016, is a multi-disciplinary Asian-American owned engineering firm that provides civil, structural, traffic, and utility engineering and construction inspection services. Our staff includes personnel who have been collaborating on projects in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware for nearly 20 years. Located in Columbia, MD, CST is well-positioned to serve Maryland and the surrounding states.

CST’s staff has a long standing work history on regional transportation projects. At the state level, our team members have worked for agencies such as the Maryland State Highway Administration, Maryland Transportation Authority, Maryland Transit Administration, Maryland Port Administration, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Delaware Department of Transportation, and the Virginia Department of Transportation. At the county and city level our staff have worked on projects for the District Department of Transportation, City of Baltimore, the City of Falls Church and Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s and Washington Counties.

CST is recognized as a MBE, DBE, SBE, SBR, and/or SWaM in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
