About D&B Construction
Founded in 2010 by Dan Gring and Brennan Reichenbach, D&B Construction Group was built on over 30 years of combined commercial construction experience and leadership. Based in Reading, Pennsylvania, with an additional Delaware Valley office established in 2018 near King of Prussia, D&B has grown from two founding members to nearly 100 professionals across several locations. Our growth has been driven by a commitment to quality, transparency, and strong client partnerships.
In 2020, D&B focused on multifamily construction, recognizing both market demand and the opportunity to apply our disciplined systems to large-scale residential development. Since that time, we have delivered multiple multifamily communities and developed a specialized production-based delivery model tailored to garden-style apartments. This model emphasizes early trade partner engagement, standardized building components, efficient site logistics, phased building sequencing, and disciplined schedule control. By combining repeatable building strategies with rigorous pre-construction planning, we create predictable timelines, improved cost certainty, and accelerated unit turnover.
