DEFA is a family-owned Norwegian technology company established in 1946, with more than 400 employees in seven countries on three continents. For more than 75 years, we have evolved from a local family business to an international charging company. In 2013, DEFA expanded its presence into North America, with an office in Toronto and a dedicated team of experts in North America located throughout Canada. DEFA North America is a trusted partner with many major OEs in the market and have a close cooperation with the automotive industry at large.
Since establishing a foothold in Canada over 10 years ago, DEFA has become a dominant supplier to the industry’s largest OE manufacturers and equipment distributors.
