About Degroof Petercam Foundation
Established more than fifteen years ago, we champion a vision of a sustainable and inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive through employment. It endorses those who propose innovative approaches to address employment-related challenges.
We concentrate on 4 areas: skills, work accessibility, work conditions, and entrepreneurs and employers.
Through its main program, the DPF Award, the DP Foundation selects and finances the most ambitious systemic social innovations for sustainable employment across Europe. Annually, a winning organization receives a donation of one million euros and tailored support for five years.
With its Lab, the DP Foundation aims to develop innovative solutions to employment issues in Belgium, through research, experimentation, collaboration, and funding of civil society players.
