Background Ark Vision Spare & Engineering Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1998. We operate from our own warehouse & workshop (32,000 square feet) in Tuas Avenue 1, Sinagpore. Since then we have expanded to Bangladesh, China, Indonesia & Philippines. We have a warehouse & support workshop in Jakarta / Surabaya and Chittagong where we keep stock of Main & Aux Engine and other spare parts. With our warehousing and distribution network we are able to arrange supply to customers’ vessels rapidly. The company is led by experienced ex Chief Engineers and maker’s service engineers (Yanmar, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, H.Cegielski-Poznan Man B&W and Wartsila/Sulzer, etc) who are very familiar with the machineries onboard vessels. Hence we can support your customers’ repair and planned maintenance programmes. Products & Services o We have a team of engineers and technicians who can carry out overhauls, trouble shooting and repair of Main & Aux Engines, air compressors, purifiers, pumps, etc. o Complete reconditioning of Alfa Laval, Mitsubishi and Westfalia Purifiers. We have a SCHENK Vertical Bowl Balancing Machine to carry out Purifier Bowl balancing in our workshop. We offer one for one exchange of purifier complete unit and bowl assembly upon request. o Complete remanufacturing of various Makes & Models of Main & Auxiliary Starting Air Compressors. o We also offer one for one exchange of Main Engine exhaust valve assembly, piston crowns and Auxiliary Engine cylinder heads, con rods, etc. o We have a Geometric Laser Alignment Tool to carry out 4 stroke engine bore alignment o Large inventory of New & reconditioned, Genuine & OEM spares of various Makes & Models of different equipment including: + Main & Auxiliary engines, eg, MAN B&W, Wartslia / Sulzer, Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Daihatsu, MAK, etc. + Starting air compressors, eg, Tanabe, Hatlapa, JP Sauer & Sohn, Sperre, etc. + Purifiers, eg, Alfa Laval, Mitsubishi, Westfalia
