Welcome to the Denver Health Lean Academy! As you embark on your lean transformation, whether just starting out learning new tools or building a lean management system, our courses and programs use adult learning tools to build participant competencies. Denver Health has been recognized as a pioneer in the field of Lean in healthcare; awarded the Shingo Bronze Medallion for Operational Excellence in 2011, the UHC Supply Chain Performance Excellence Award in 2011, and the Peak Award - Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, 2012 & 2016. We continue to learn and pursue performance excellence by applying for the National Malcolm Baldrige award.
