Sussman Electric Boilers (http://www.sussmanboilers.com) was acquired by Diversified Heat Transfer in July of 2022. Sussman, a manufacturer of electric steam and hot water boilers, has a history dating back to 1917 and is known for producing high-quality electric boiler systems for a range of commercial and industrial applications.
The acquisition allowed DHT to expand its product line, particularly in the growing market for electric heating solutions that support decarbonization efforts.
