Founded in 2013, Diversity Counselling New Zealand (DCNZ) is a pioneering organization dedicated to providing culturally responsive counselling and psychology services to ethnic communities across New Zealand. With a focus on migrants and former refugees, DCNZ is committed to enhancing family well-being and fostering resilient communities through its innovative, holistic approach. Our organization has great connection with ethnic communities and takes a comprehensive community-oriented strength-based approach to enhancing the well-being of ethnic people, families, and communities. In our organization, all our practitioners are registered professional counsellors and clinical psychologists. We are offering our service in 20 more languages including English, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Sinhalese, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Somali, Amharic, Telugu, Arabic, Taiwanese, Cantonese, Dari, Urdu,Farsi, French, Malayalam, Bemba, Nyanja and for other languages, we use interpretation services from Decypher. For quality of service, our practitioners receive external and internal supervision, and feedback system from those who refer and use our service.
