DrAx Productions Ltd (DPL) is engaged in development and production of feature-length motion picture films for theatrical release. DPL has formulated a strong commercially-led slate of fiction feature films designed to evolve with the company, focusing on thriller movies, blending strong female-led stories in the highly profitable drama and sci-fi genres with the reliable horror market. DPL owns options on all six, with the movies designed to capture the interest of adults 25+, focusing on either males or females in this category.
The company will produce six projects over the next five years, with budgets ranging from $1.5m to $15 million. This forms the basis to evolve with larger budgets, more ambitious formats and wider revenue streams, supporting expansion into tv, virtual production and gaming.
