Non-profit mentoring organization serving vulnerable youth in Indianapolis, IN. DREAM Alive seeks to end the cycle of poverty by mentoring youth to develop career paths and become civic-minded leaders. Founded by former Indianapolis Colts player Tarik Glenn in 2001, DREAM Alive mentors approximately 500 youth per year, engaging with about 250 volunteers, and collaborating with over 40 local and national businesses.
