Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers of Ohio (DTAC) formerly known as Hittle House, is a leading provider of specialized mental health residential treatment programs for children and adolescents. Building upon a legacy of compassionate and effective care, DTAC of Ohio offers tailored, trauma-informed services for male youth ages 8-18 who have complex mental health, behavioral challenges, and histories of trauma or problematic sexual behaviors. DTAC of Ohio operates distinct residential programs, each deeply rooted in evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TFCBT), and comprehensive sex offender-specific treatment protocols. Our multidisciplinary teams, led by licensed and nationally certified mental health professionals, provide individualized care plans emphasizing safety, resilience, emotional regulation, family engagement, and successful community reintegration.
