About Dukosi

Intelligence on every cell

Dukosi develops revolutionary technologies that dramatically improve the performance, safety, and efficiency of battery systems, and enable a more sustainable battery value chain. Our unique chip-on-cell monitoring solution and communication platform is specifically designed for electric vehicles (EV), industrial transportation, and stationary battery energy storage markets.

The Dukosi chip-on-cell solution measures, monitors, and stores temperature and voltage at each cell and delivers all information to the main BMS controller via contactless communication using C-SynQ®. This is our proprietary communication protocol and has been designed specifically for large (battery-size) networks in safety-critical environments. Designed from the ground up, it offers robust communications with essential data synchronization, yet also with the capacity to be configured for any number of battery cells without additional design overhead.

Cell-level monitoring and management of all cells in the BMS can unlock more energy per cell, improving performance while ensuring battery longevity. Apply Dukosi’s chip-on-cell technology early in the cell manufacturing process and start 24/7 monitoring and data and event logging from day-1 of manufacture to end-of-life. On-cell lifetime traceability can extend the useful life of the battery/cells, streamlining their transfer into next-life applications, helping meet regulatory compliance, and creating a sustainable battery value chain.
