Grooving, Threading, Parting, Lay-down, Top-Notch, Vee-Bottom, Inverted-Vee, Specialty Screw Down and Clamp Style Grooving Inserts available in any size widths and Corner Radii. Grooving tool with built in part chamfering to eliminate burrs. Threading Tools available in all Industry Standard Thread sizes along with Specialty Thread Forms.
Inserts are Manufactured using PCD, CBN and Carbide Materials with Various Coatings.
Misc:
PCD & TCT Counter Sinks, Spotfacers, Brass Bushings, MTS Extensions, Laser Etching.
Materials Used are PCD, CBN, Carbide, HSS and HSCO
Coatings determined by application.
