About ECSACOG
The East Central and Southern Africa College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ECSACOG) is a premier collegiate training institution dedicated to advancing sexual and reproductive health across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Established on September 27, 2017, in Kigali, Rwanda, ECSACOG operates strategically in 10 countries: Ethiopia, Lesotho, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Uganda. Our mission is to be a leading organization for clinical excellence in reproductive health, providing a platform for shared experiences and skills transfer.

Headquartered in Arusha, Tanzania, ECSACOG is an affiliate of the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Health Sciences. We are committed to building regional healthcare capacity, improving medical education, and enhancing the quality of reproductive health services across the region.
