The proposed system “E-Docs” is a web-based application. This is an online platform. The purpose of this system is to add insurance policies.
Future System Usage Analysis:
Most of the time, People face issues with creating policies and become angry when their documents are not timely checked. In the future, our proposed system will help people to save time. In our system agents add policy against customers, and also share their policies with any e-docs user. Customers add insurance policies and also secure their policy in the vault, if they want to share their policy they also share policy through the vault feature. Unauthorized users cannot access the user privacy policy because of
Vault’s Pin code function. This application will help people to save time. Agencies will also easily manage all insurance policies document.
The main goal of our application is that it should be robust, simple, and easy to use.
The purpose of this system is to add insurance policies. There are three end-users in our product (E-Docs) such as admins, agents, and customers. Admins have full access to this application, Customer can add and share their policies and can also secure policies by adding them in Vault. This platform is easy to use and also it is user-friendly. This platform offers all the required functions so that users can add their policies and obtain verified documents. The intended users of this system are;
Customers, who will use this application for creating insurance policies and secure
policies by adding them to the vault.
• Agent, Who will add policies against the customer or share documents with any
user.
• Admin, who will handle this application and also have all access. Our project will mainly focus on the following objectives:
• To develop a system without wasting time of people.
• Our system provide security in Vault
• Our system will be easy to use.
• Customer can easily track their document
• System will be more convenient.
