The Education Law Association (ELA) is a professional association and fellowship of attorneys, professors, administrators, students, teachers, consultants, and advocates in education law and policy -- pre-K-12 and higher ed; public, private, and charter; plaintiff- and defense-side; labor and management.

This forum contains organizational updates, events, initiatives, and strategic priorities along with resources and insights that align with the organization’s mission.
Member achievements that align with the organization’s values (e.g., awards, publications) are also recognized here.
Posts promoting individuals, businesses, products, research opportunities, job opportunities or political entities require prior formal approval of the ELA Executive Committee.
Content that promotes services, organizations, or initiatives that directly compete with ELA is not permitted.
Posts from members and nonmembers are welcome in this marketplace of ideas but should be professional in tone and respectful of other viewpoints and experiences. All information shared must be factually accurate and sourced from reputable and verifiable sources. Posts should foster an inclusive and respectful online environment, avoiding discriminatory or divisive content.
