About The Role

The Learning Centre Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of our educational centres. This position requires a dedicated professional to maintain an optimal learning environment while delivering high-quality administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned learning centres.
Manage administrative processes, including student registrations, attendance records, and documentation.
Maintain inventory of educational materials and resources, including worksheet preparation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for student and parent communications.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the operations team to enhance centre programmes and services.
Ensure facilities are maintained to organisational standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Higher Nitec qualification (relevant experience may substitute for academic credentials).
Minimum 1-2 years experience in an educational or administrative role preferred.
Demonstrated organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Genuine interest in education and student development.
5-day work week (4 weekday evenings + 1 full weekend).

Compensation And Benefits

Monthly salary range: $2,100 – $3,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
