Overview

About EECON | Energy Economics Lab

One of Germany's most dynamic energy research locations is currently being created in Cottbus - the Energy Innovation Centre. We are working in the Energy Economics (EECON) Lab on scientific contributions to the energy transition from a behavioral and experimental economics perspective. We focus on quantitative research regarding social, economic, and political acceptance as well as participation possibilities in the infrastructural projects that are necessary to allow the realization of the European Green Deal (e.g. energy and decarbonization infrastructure).
