Eight Oaks Farm Distillery

Known for our Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey and Applejack, Eight Oaks is both a farm and a distillery. We craft award-winning whiskeys and spirits from regeneratively farmed rye, barley, wheat, non-GMO corn, and apples grown by us and our community in the Lehigh Valley. We grow what we drink and believe that our spirits are just the starting point for building a better community.
