Eintracht Frankfurt

Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG is a subsidiary of the parent club, Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. The "Fußball AG" is a corporation which comprises Eintracht's professional football division. It was founded on 1 July 2000 and is headed by a management board consisting of Axel Hellmann, Markus Krösche, Philipp Reschke and Julien Zamberk. The management board is overseen by a supervisory board, headed by Mathias Beck.

The listed sports club Eintracht e.V. offers over 50 different sports. It has more than 110,000 members (June 2022).
