About Electric Storm Youth
Electric Storm Youth (ESY) is a youth work charity operating in Lancing and Sompting, West Sussex.
We deliver a wide range of services for young people in line with Youth Work National Occupational Standards.
Electric Storm Youth values:
the uniqueness and worth of each individual - Everyone is deserving of respect and the opportunity to realise their potential
Diversity - Each person is equal and to be included whatever their race, gender, religion, sexuality, or social or economic status
Hope - Hope reminds us that we are on a journey and that the future can be better than today, that positive change is possible and that everyone deserves a second chance
Peace - To live in harmony with yourself - physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as in harmony with others, treating them as you wish to be treated, seeking reconciliation when relationships are damaged and bringing restitution when necessary
Living responsibly, respecting others and allowing them their freedoms and opinions, participating in community and society
Respecting our environment, preserving the good, restoring damage and using resources wisely
Respecting each other’s beliefs and creating an environment in which young people might explore self-hood and identity, and/or different sub-cultures and beliefs.
