About EmployAble
Our vision is to create a world where people with learning disabilities who
want to work, can work.
Only 4.8% of UK adults with learning disabilities are employed. This means that 95% have no access to work or to the financial, social and emotional benefits associated. Society understands the need for change to close this gap, but lacks the knowhow to make it happen and that is where EmployAble steps in!
How does EmployAble work?
• We understand our candidates with learning disabilities, their capabilities and what is important to them.
• We work with employers to identify their vacant roles that match our talent pool.• We assist employers in making any adjustments needed to support prospective candidate inclusion.
• We provide ongoing training and support to our candidates and employers to secure and maintain their employment
