Overview

About ENTEX Rust & Mitschke GmbH

In comparison to single and twin screws, our planetary roller system is increasingly established on the market for more than five decades.
ENTEX has consistently developed and perfected the planetary roller extruder process since the 1980s, which is demonstrated by more than 150 property rights and property right applications. From small laboratory extruders for test applications to the world's largest calender feeding system, we supply extrusion systems tailored to the requirements of our customers. The advantages of this modular extruder system are the extremely thin wall thicknesses with the possibility of precise pressure and temperature measurements. In addition, the possibilities of injection of viscous components and degassing between the modules, as well as the invention of radial granulation. This system enables the most thermally gentle treatment processes. After the takeover from SEH-Schalker-Eisenhütte's extruder division to ENTEX, we redefined the history of the planetary roller extruder and we are therefore not only the technologically leading, but also the oldest planetary roller extruder manufacturer on the market.
